Social leads, service requests, and buyer nurture pipelines
The problem
Operations ran across three unrelated workflows — social engagement, service requests, and buyer qualification — with no shared structure. Work fell through cracks between stages, and no one had a clear view of where any job or lead actually stood.
Previous workflow
Each workflow lived in a different tool or spreadsheet with its own stage names and handoff rules. Reporting was manual, and stage transitions depended on someone remembering to update the record.
Solution
A three-pipeline CRM architecture: a 5-stage social media leads tracker, a 13-stage service request and job progress workflow, and an 11-stage buyer qualification and appointment pipeline — each with automated stage transitions and clear ownership.
Implementation
- 01
Configured Pipeline 01: Social Media Leads Tracking — multi-channel engagement (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to email capture across 5 stages.
- 02
Built Pipeline 02: Elite Integrity CRM — a 13-stage website request, diagnosis, estimate, job execution, invoicing and review engine.
- 03
Designed Pipeline 03: Leadling Buyer Pipeline — an 11-stage lead engagement, appointment booking, financing and deal closing system.
- 04
Wired stage-change automations so transitions triggered the right tasks and notifications without manual updates.
My role
Sole architect — pipeline design, stage logic, automation configuration, and the operational workflow mapping.
Outcomes
- Three distinct workflows each had a clear, stage-by-stage structure instead of ad hoc tracking.
- Stage transitions triggered tasks and notifications automatically, removing manual updates.
- Operations gained a shared view of where every lead, request, and deal stood.
